Sharon Concannon is a lifetime resident of Hugoton, Kansas. Following her graduation from Hugoton High School, she attended Hutchinson Community College and Brown Mackie Business School in Salina, Kansas. She has worked as a legal secretary for law firms in Denver, Colorado, and Hugoton, Kansas. In addition to working as a legal secretary in Hugoton, she also worked as a paralegal before opening her own agricultural property management business where she managed farm ground for out of area landowners. Along with managing farm ground for out of area landowners, she also provided financial management for many area farmers.

Sharon helped organize the Benevolent Committee for Pheasant Heaven Charities, Inc., which was responsible for vetting requests to help those with catastrophic medical needs. In addition to her work with Pheasant Heaven Charities, Sharon has served on the Hugoton Recreation Commission, and is a current board member of the Stevens County Medical Foundation, Project Hope, Inc., and St. Helen’s Catholic Church Finance Council. She enjoys reading, golfing and traveling to see family and friends.
