"Realizing Rural Potential" was established through a generous grant from the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, in collaboration with the Kansas Association of Community Foundations and Wichita State University. Tasked with addressing a significant challenge in the rural community, WKCF chose to concentrate on countering the common narrative that success requires young individuals to move or leave the area. The video showcases three inspiring, young rural champions who, contrary to the prevailing narrative, have discovered their path to success within the region.
